Ahead of the new live acoustic album coming out this Friday 5th February, there's a new video featuring one of the bonus tracks, a cover of the song 'Pure Imagination' from the soundtrack to the film, 'Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory' (originally sung by the wonderful Gene Wilder).
I close a lot of my live sets with this song but given the PRS's proposed* plans to start charging out of work musicians for playing music in their bedrooms, I'll be dropping it from all forthcoming streams. The next of which is on Friday 5th February. Check out my version here...

*I say 'proposed' because given the PRS's radio silence since their initial proud announcement, and the rest of the musical world's recrimination (read 'shit-storm'), I'm assuming the PRS's policy department are currently cowering under some desks in Kings Cross hastily re-writing the whole plan to maybe... I don't know... NOT charge out of work musicians £22.50 for putting on something which they only receive £5 back for... just a thought...
